I believe that being  bootylicious is about being comfortable and confident in your own skin. That starts  with great self- awareness and self knowledge which takes years to build. Many young women feel the need to mould themselves in someone else image. Whilt there is nothing wrong with that person I believe that being bootylicious starts with knowing yourself first before you emulate your role model. In today's world, women have opportunities that our mother's and grandmother's could only dream about, it takes hard work to navigate the working world. I believe it should be done with grace, wit and  a touch style.... 

 

LESSONS EVERYONE SHOULD LEARN IN THEIR 20s

1.MEN ALREADY HAVE HOME ADVANTAGE SO DONT MAKE IT EASIER FOR THEM. Women are promoted based on achievement while their male counterparts are promoted based on potential.Since the world is already biased towards men, being coy about your achievements and potential at work is like kicking youself in the shin while you're down.
Rome is not going to be build in a day, so dont expect you nice employer to read your mind and beg you to demand what you deserve. You need to make sure that you reap the benefits of your own work.
The hardest part is learning how to have a mature conversation about your earning.Sorry, sister , but that takes practice, practice and more practice

2.THERE'S NO FORMULA FOR GETTING A MAN SO GO GET YOUR LIFE.
Had the fairy tale story included plastic surgery ans six months spent at athe gym wit a personnel trainer only for my prince to pick someone else, Cinderela may not have been a fun read when you were six yrs old -but it might have been more realistic. You might find yourself single for a while and inspired to google ways to attract a man and find yourself agreeing with a lousy YOUTUBE video to diarise your daily gratitude for a perfect man who awaits you in the universe.
When the law of attraction doesnt quite work(losing weight will not help)cause six months later, you'll be at mcdonald's drive- thru for monthly cheat meal, you'll eventually realise that there's no formula to meeting or attracting a man. And that your life is calling you and maybe one day while you' re pursuing your passion of cleaning oil covered.

3.YOU MIGHT WIN A FEW BATTLES, BUT YOUR BODY WILL ALWAYS WIN THE WAR. On occasion, food will be an inconveninent obstacles on your road  to aesthetic perfection body, you will take to google looking for that one diet that wont result in a catastrophic energy crash and another epic binge at Mcdonald soon you'll learn that you body has a built in autopilot switch that doesnt give two drumsticks about your size zero delusions and that it will overrule your crazy campaigns. No amount of reverse psychology convinces your body to let it starve it of essential nutricients and kilogram but you wont drop six kilograms in week. You body is fool proof and yes, ma'am you're  the fool...

4. COMPARING YOURSELF WITH OTHERS IS A SURE WAY TO GET INTO DEBT.
There's no standard template for life, but whatever life yopu choose to life, please check with your financial manager whether or not you can afford it. Your relationship with your money is closely related to your relationship with yourself. As long as you need to fill your house with things to feel better about yourself and fit in, you are marketer' s dream and future's worst nightmare. For every shoe, bag and dress you can't afford, you risk an embarassing incident at petrol station when your card is ddeclined. Blessed are those who develop good financial habits in their 20s. For they will have more chance of living in a financially secure haven...

5.LOVING WHAT YOU DO DOESNT MEAN LOVING EVERY MOMENT OF DOING IT. Loving your job doesnt mean you want to find yourself in the middle of the deadline at 2am reeking of yesterday's perspiration after your charming client tore apart the meticulously drafted career - changing assignment you poured your creative genius into and missed your  sister's birthday party for- trying to meet  a 7am deadline with the threat of losing your job hanging over your head it is a love that will get you through this and many other horrying moments during your career....

Try to learn to love your self deeply ,Truly appreciate yourself , Enjoy tasting food when you eat and when you sleep, really sleep.
